After graduation he became involved in banking. He was a specialist at legal security, manager of legal analysis team as well as an advisor. In 2011 he got involved in cofoundation of MM Prime Investment Fund Company as a member of Supervisory Board and since June 2013 he has been the Chairman of the Board of the company.

In addition to his professional work, he practices ultracycling - he regularly participates in road and gravel ultramarathons.

Graduate of Finance and Banking as well as of Management and Marketing at Warsaw School of Economics. She is also a graduate of postgraduate studies connected with real estate market as well as courses for investment counsellors.

She started her career as a financial analyst, later on a team manager, mortgage loan department director, managing director and business development manager. She has participated in cofounding of a couple of Polish financial institutions (business processes, documentation, risk analysis, team management).

She is a passionate cook and table tennis player.

Seweryn is an experienced fund manager involved with the capital market for nearly 20 years. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.

In 2009 - 2011, he was an analyst and portfolio manager at Polsat Open Pension Fund with assets of over PLN 2 billion.

In 2011-2014, he was responsible for the equity and debt fund at Superfund TFI, achieving one of the best results in Poland and repeatedly placing funds in the first quartile among all comparable funds available on the market.

He holds an investment advisor licence.

In his free time he helps to run a travel blog about micro travels.

ŁUKASZ has been involved with the capital market since 2008. He has gained experience in TMS BROKERS and AFS brokerage house, holding the post of Analyst, Corporate Client Consultant and Head of Analysis and New Project Department.

At MM Prime TFI he is responsible for global economy and capital market analysis, including public corporations and preparation of investment recommendations.

He is the holder of securities broker and investment advisor licences, and is interested in investment psychology and behavioural finances as well as in macroeconomics.

He is also a football and tennis fan and active player.

A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. He has almost twenty years of experience in the financial market. He has been developing his career in the financial and investment advisory for years as a director of branches and departments (in various institutions), as well as running his own business.

At TFI, he is responsible for the nationwide distribution of investment fund certificates and servicing key clients of the Company. He is the creator of institutional networks and licensed entities cooperating with the TFI.

Graduate of Finance and Banking Faculty at Warsaw School of Economics as well as of a postgraduate studies in managing, finance and negotiation. Graduated from London Business School in Investment Management.

He is a financier and an economist focused on European financial market. He started his professional career abroad, gaining experience in Izrael and United Kingdom.

He has reach experience in financial advisory, customer service and team management. In 2011 he started founding MM Prime together with Paweł Lach.

Graduate of Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu National-Louis University in Nowy Sącz, major in finance management. He is a holder of American Bachelor of Art at National Louis University in Chicago.

In 2003-2005 he held a post of Managing Director for Europe and a Proxy of Modesta Inc. Board, where he was responsible for co-operation with outside entities as far as canvass was concerned. Since 2006 he worked in Open Finance S.A., at the post of Financial Advisor and later in management. Since January 2010 he has been Member of Board of an American company Denaro Associates Inc. where he is responsible for sales and financial product placement in Middle-East Europe.

He is interested in new technology, aviation, history and most of all in cooking.

He has been a financial adviser at Expander Sp. Z o.o. and at Open Finance S.A. He has held the post of a Private Banker at Noble Bank S.A. as well as managerial posts at Home Broker DF Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. In 2009-2015 he was a Member of Supervisory Board at Drozapol-Profil S.A. – a company listed at GPW.

He is a passionate traveller – especially interested in Latin America.

Previous experience in accounting and finance, including over 10 years at Ecovis System Rewident Sp. z o.o. as Chief Accountant of Business Enterprises. She specializes in financial audit and consolidation of financial statements.
